Festival Du Film Francophone '24 - "Symple Comme Sylvain"

From 16 April to 2 May, the FFF'24 will once again present the latest productions from the French-speaking world.

Let's benefit from the festival together! On Saturday, 20.04.24, at 16:15, the Canadian romantic comedy "Symple comme Sylvain" is on the programme (French original version with English subtitles):

Philosophy professor Sophia is bored with her long-term partner. Which is why, when she has the weekend house repaired by handyman Sylvain, she promptly falls for his grasping, virile charm. The fact that he can't hold a candle to her intellectually is all the more appealing to her. However, she feels uneasy when she introduces the newcomer to her circle of friends.

Sophia, professeur de philosophie, s'ennuie avec son partenaire de longue date. C'est pourquoi, lorsqu'elle fait réparer leur maison de week-end par l'artisan Sylvain, elle tombe rapidement sous le charme de ce dernier. Le fait qu'il ne lui arrive pas à la cheville intellectuellement l'attire d'autant plus. Toutefois, elle se sent mal à l'aise lorsqu'elle présente le nouveau venu à son cercle d'amis.
