El Bosque Plateado En La Jarosa

Step into one of the Sierra de Guadarrama's best-kept secrets and discover the enchanting Bosque Plateado in La Jarosa. This scenic route winds through majestic pine woods where the sunlight filters through the branches, creating shimmering silver reflections that give the forest its magical name.

Perfect for nature lovers, photographers and hiking enthusiasts, the trail offers breathtaking mountain views, fresh alpine air, and a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Along the way, you'll be surrounded by the sounds of birdsong, the scent of pine trees, and spectacular landscapes that change with every season—from vibrant greens in spring to golden hues in autumn.

After the trail, we’ll have some drinks or lunch (there are 2 restaurants) next to the reservoir.

What to bring:

- Some snacks in case you get hungry before lunch.
- At least 2 litres of water (more if possible).
- Sunscreen.
- A cap or a hat, depending on the weather.
- Sunglasses. 😎
- Suitable hiking clothing for the season, along with sturdy hiking boots or trail shoes (recommended).
