Enjoy a glorious Fine Dining experience at a waterfront location, indulging in a 5 course dinner with a Private Chef. For just $140 you will get a 5 course meal with a welcome cocktail & matching wines.

Welcome cocktails:

Foie gras with chutney
Salmon with dill & creme fraiche
Blackened shrimp, avo & cucumber

G H Mumm Brut Champagne

Caviar with potato rosti and sour cream

Lemon Sorbet

Main Course:
Rolled pork loin with peach & watercress
Australian Shiraz (tba)

Pinot Noir or Chardonnay
