Time Out in A Wine Bar
Dear All.
Wine bars are like restaurants on the move.
Sublimated at the beginning of the Protected content , these bars have opened their doors to gourmets, offering much more than a mixed survival board. Some are more than simple refreshment bars: they cook and bottle gastronomy. Such is the case with Trouble, a dandy bar with brown wood and a sky-blue front, run by the very skilful chef Stefano De Carli (ex-Passerini) and the experienced sommelier Nicolas Phillips (from Fulgurances).
