Brisk Walking in the Est Paris

Dear All:
How about brisk walking to catch up with the outdoors and sunny sporty activities?
Join me for our first sunny outdoor activity in Protected content .
Departing Point
BNF Parvis
The meeting point is on the BNF, just before the MK2 Cinema complex.
From there, we will do a brisk walking.
Then, before heading to Bercy Park, we will do a ten-minute warm-up on the BNF esplanade. This is a perfect place for jogging or brisk walking without hurting one's joints.
We will climb a flight of stairs as athletes do for a better workout.
Brisk walking or running up flights of stairs is a popular workout routine because it strengthens large lower body muscles, including the gluteus maximus, hamstrings, quadriceps, iliopsoas, calf muscles, and upper body muscles in the core and lower back.
I am eagerly awaiting to meet there!
