Japanese Craft Beer and Gyoza in the Heart of Darling Harbour
Protected content is a relatively unknown beer bar in Sydney. Their high-quality beers together with gyoza (Japanese dumpling) has been a formula for success. As we speak they have 4 venues in Australia, and one in Sydney.
The first part of their name, Protected content , is the famous Tokyo suburb renowned for bright lights, hip people, and Japanese drinking dens; Gyoza, is a Japanese dumpling, of which 13 varieties are available. Delicious beers are made from four Protected content tanks located behind the bar.
For those wanting something a bit different from dumplings, the venue also offers other izakaya-style finger food such as Chicken Karaage, Tempura Eggplant, and Edamame.
The Darling Harbour stadium is run by one owner, but the beers are from all over Japan. Jeffries, the owner stated: “We wanted to showcase our beers and other Japanese beers. We have bottles and cans of imported brews plus our core range of six beers and ciders".
