DISCOVERING THE GAA AND CROKE PARK
Greetings dear members,
The last Sunday of the month we can discover the wonderful world of the GAA ( Gaelic Athletic Association ) by visiting its main stadium, Croke Park in the Drumconda area of Dublin. You cannot understand the past and present of Ireland without the insight into this indigenous sport in Ireland which is played also in Northern Ireland but has been taken by the Irish expats wherever they emigrated. Perhaps one day you can try it yourself !!

PLEASE BEAR IN MIND times for public transport on Sundays are LESS frequent than on weekdays.
BUSES : 1, 7, 11, 13, 14, 16, 27a, 27b, 29a, 31/a, 31b, 32, 33, 40, 40b, 40d, 41, 41b, 41c, 42, 43, 44, 53, 123, 13. Ask bus driver for nearest station to Croke Stadium.
If you take the Luas, stop at Connolly station where you can take these buses outside Connolly Station that go to the Stadium:
14,15, 27, 27b, 42 .
