Reconciling Differences (Part 1)
This session is the continuation of the Emotional Conflict Triggers theme. It is about reconciling differences and being able to better appreciate each other’s perspectives on the conflict. Having open and rational discussion about our own interests is insufficient to understand the deeper emotional issues at stake.
In addition, we will see how conventional methods of conflict resolution are also insufficient to achieve unity in emotionally charged conflicts and explore human’s collective unconscious through the notion of archetypes that psychiatrist Carl Jung suggested more than a century ago.
A copy of the presentation including worksheets will be included in the post event message.
You are cordially invited to join me in this journey into the world of conflict resolution and discovered some of the tools to neutralize the divisive forces of conflict.
