Between the Sky and the Lake...
Dear Gourmands,
With warmer days coming up, let's start the terrace season (if weather permits) by going to one of my favorite spots in the Lavaux area.
This time our restaurant is settled in a 13th century church, in between the Grandvaux vineyards and Lake Geneva - that's the perfect scenery for the creations of chef Yohann Gsponer, who makes very tasty and elegant plates using local produce. We will be surrounded by breathtaking views, great food and IN friends.
If the idea sounds good, join me in this petit comité venue!
