Finish the week in Coherence!

Last Coherence practice of this week!
If you have attended each coherence activity this week, you are starting to get into a habit of practicing, and your body is probably already thanking you for it. Keep it up, get a last fix before the weekend:
30 minutes of guided practice to reach this optimal internal state where stress goes away, the mind gets calm and clear, and the body gets a chance to recuperate.
Your mission, if you'll accept it, is to keep practicing every day, on your own.
