Ready to Join?

Coherence is an optimal state where heart brain and emotions are in sync. Getting coherent is pretty easy, and in just a couple of minutes, it stops our stress response in its tracks. Sustaining this state for longer periods of time gives the body time to recuperate and repair itself, and to improve its baseline resilience so we become less easily triggered by the challenges around us.

The techniques are simple, and I'm inviting you to join me in my practice.

I'll talk you through it in a format you can easily replicate on your own any day.

This is followed by a 1hr presentation on how to measure coherence with biofeedback technology at 1pm GMT, so if you enjoyed this session, and want to find out more about options as to monitor yourself during practice, grab a bite to eat or a cup of tea and jump in to the next activity.
