Cook Your First "Café Gourmand"! - French Pastry Class
Do you know the "Café Gourmand"?
It is one of the favorite culinary specialties of the French and also of food lovers all over the world. The Café Gourmand can replace an overly greedy dessert in the order of the reviews, and goes perfectly with a coffee at the end of a heavy meal.
Café Gourmand is generally composed, of course of a freshly squeezed coffee, but also two or other small desserts that one can call "Mignadirses". It could be a chocolate cake, a macaron, a crème brûlée or even a meringue.
Join us on Saturday November the 14th to learn how to prepare this delicious and original desserts in the purest French pastry tradition.
The financial and chocolate recipes will be exposed and explained to you in detail during our first cooking class in the French-speaking group of InterNations! This will be an opportunity to talk about the different pastry recipes that we like to make or that we would like to learn to prepare.
The list of ingredients will be communicated to you around a week before our meeting. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or attend individuals for the cooking class premiere!
Hope to see you all there!
