Main Pillars of Women's Health According to Ayurveda and Yoga.

Adjusting to the norm—or what others are thinking or experiencing—does not take women in the direction of the union of body, mind, and spirit. Rather, it robs them of their health and experiencing the beauty and strength of being a woman.
Our guest Kseniia Salenko will present the main pillars of women’s health according to Ayurveda and yoga, give some practices and recipe to support it. Also she will give us a small intro to Ayurveda and yoga in general.
Her moto: with embodiment practices towards health and happiness
Started yoga in Protected content fall in love with it. However,deep dive and spiritual base came in Protected content Diamond wisdom teachings in that direction like karma management. In Protected content became a certified cause and effect consultant and from that time her intensive learning story began. During the year she received certificates and had many retreats in such areas like Thai yoga massage, Ayurveda yoga and shamanism 200h (energy work and work with subconsciousness), Lady Niguma yoga.
Later there was a practice and certificate for 300h in Ayurveda yoga, fascia release course and finally Ayurveda yoga therapy course and Chinese medicine. Here some small courses connected with Yoga Sutras, Kundalini yoga, etc are not mentioned.
The main rule that she has is receiving knowledge and implement it firstly for her own practice to improve her life, live her knowledge and later share it with others that she successfully fulfil already for several years.
