Let’s Check Out Washington DC’s Cherry Blossoms

Each spring, the cherry blossoms lining Washington DC’s Tidal Basin burst into color in a beautiful display of floral fireworks. But the peak bloom period lasts only a few days, and precisely when it happens varies each year. On average, DC's cherry blossoms bloom around the last week of March into the first week of April. The National Park Service has announced their initial peak bloom forecast which was for March 20. Since they are temporary, I moved up the event date as the weather will be drier and warmer for Saturday, April 2. See you all then.
