More Than a Flower: the Connective Power of Orchids-UPDATE
More than a Flower: the Connective Power of Orchids is the 30th annual joint orchid exhibition featuring plant orchid collections from Smithsonian Gardens and the United States Botanic Garden. On view at the National Museum of African American History and Culture, the exhibition explores the many ways orchids bring together individuals, communities, and nature. So let's connect and use our InterNations camaraderie to view these beautiful orchids.
UPDATE: This is the first time the orchid exhibit has been held at a museum that requires timed-entry passes. The Museum of African American History allows visitors to reserve tickets 30 days in advance, however the museum is expecting to have plenty of tickets (including same day tickets) available for visitors throughout the exhibition, but they are required for entry. To be on the safe side, you can reserve your ticket online starting on Feb. 22. See Website URL here and below.
