Nature Lovers Group's Favorite Botanical Gardens
As in past years, Protected content is by far one of the favorite outdoor venues. This time we will be visiting it during the fall season, showcasing beautiful fall colors. The botanical gardens, belongs to a non profit organization. The 95-acre setting features thousands of ornamental and native plants; a restored 18th century log cabin that embodies the colorful history of the garden; and an unique Korean bell pavilion, the only structure of its type in an American public garden. Discover local flora and fauna among lakes, forests and meandering walking trails. Let's take in the views along the 3 mile walk on paved and mulched trails. This will be our last in person event before the Spring of Protected content . We can finish the visit with a lunch gathering in the town of Vienna. More details when we get closer to the date.
Garden admission is paid upon arrival at the Visitor Center- Either $8.00 or $4.00 for adults.
