Run Slow or Fast and Have Fun

Hi runners
Happy new year to all!
Hope Protected content be an healthy year for all of you. Hope you will join more and more to funny, untertaining and cosy runs I set up more or less each Sunday.
Do you want to move and have fun?

Whether you are beginner or an expert, please come and join me for a running time starting at the Protected content
The pace is usually 6:00-6:30min/km and will be adapted to fit everyone’s speed and fitness condition. The distance will be roughly 8km depending on the group’s wish. We aim at going close to Christiania (wild side) then come back via the water side. We can elongate by running a bit in the Amager park.
We can practice run and walk for those who prefer.
Running in group is more fun than alone and certainly more motivating.
You are a beginner? No problem, you are more than welcome :-)
