Whether you are a beginner or an expert, please come and join me for a run starting at the lakes in front of the marathon sport located halfway through the lakes.
The pace is usually around 6:00/km and will be adapted to fit everyone’s speed and fitness condition. The distance will be roughly 8-9k. Some will look for longer distances that we can consider for those who are interested.
