Let's go sports :)

Let's do a sports class together. Kung Fu is considered probably one of the earliest and longest lasting sports, where a friend of our club is a Kung Fu instructor (Sanda - Wing Chun), and is so kind to offer our club a complimentary class on that Saturday, which will include: various fitness and self-defense exercises, as well as some ideas in preserving self and life. Please check your schedule carefully and only sign up if you will be available for the duration of the class (only 1.5 hrs) to have good courtesy of sending exact numbers to this generous friend. It is advisable to wear comfortable outfits and bring a bottle of water/juice to stay hydrated, and also not to have food for an hour before it please :) See you soon, and DM me for any inquiries between now and our event.
