Anything Goes tells the story of Billy Crocker, a young Wall Street broker, who stows away on the S.S. American on a quest to win the heart of his true love, Hope Harcourt. Along the way, he encounters a host of interesting characters, including exuberant nightclub singer Reno Sweeney, Hope’s fiancé, the hapless English aristocrat, Lord Evelyn Oakleigh and gangster Moonface Martin. Song, dance, and comical antics ensue as Reno and Moonface endeavour to help Billy to steal Hope’s affections. With a fantastic blend of witty humour and toe-tapping tunes this musical is guaranteed to leave audiences humming the catchy tunes and tapping their toes.
