CPH Season Opener – Spring Sailing, Harbor Views & Street Food

Let’s kick off the sailing season together with a cozy spring trip on the water and experience Copenhagen from the best possible place – a sailboat.

We start from Christianshavn canal and sail through the heart of the city, passing Nyhavn, Ofelia Plads, the Opera House and the Little Mermaid, with time to enjoy the view, chat and take photos. If you’d like, you can also try steering the boat yourself under my guidance and get a proper feel for sailing.

On the way, we’ll stop at one of Copenhagen’s street food spots – either Reffen or Broens Gadekøkken – where you can grab something to eat.
You bring your own drinks; I’ll bring the boat and the route. You can buy food where we stop the boat or bring your own.

Because it’s the beginning of the season, the weather might be a bit fresh, especially on the water – so think layers rather than t‑shirt weather.

Bring warm, windproof clothes and maybe a hat and gloves – it can feel colder on the water
We may finish the trip earlier, or extend it into a game, more drinks or dinner
Be on time – and expect a little bit of “delay” when you are on the water
