Experimental Multidisciplinary Contemporary Dance Performance
Armed with a camcorder, two dance artists roamed Kuala Lumpur asking Malaysians unfiltered questions:
• “If corruption were an Olympic sport, where would Malaysia rank?”
• “If the country were a person, what would their therapy session sound like?”
Kami Penipu Tapi Kami Tak Menipu is a full-length contemporary dance performance blending movement, text, multimedia, and live music, performed by dancers, actors, and a singer. Not your typical art project — Kamilah Penipu Tapi Kami Tak Menipu is 60 units of organized chaos, crafted from 60 one-minute bursts of raw Malaysian voices. Imagine TikTok colliding with experimental theatre: fast, funny, biting, heartbreaking sometimes all in a single minute.
