Goose Dinner - A November Tradition
Dear 50s,
This time we're not meeting for lunch on Friday as usual, but for dinner on Thursday evening.
In November, one shouldn't miss the opportunity to follow the local tradition of eating goose. This tradition is based on the feast of St. Martin, celebrated each November 11th. I'd be happy to tell you more about it at our meeting.

is known for its delicious goose dishes from naturally raised geese from the Waldviertel region.
These animals are not force-fed, unlike what is common practice in factory farming. The latter involves the violent insertion of feed into their esophagus in order to fatten them up quickly.

Since the portion of "Waldviertler Weide-Gansl" (Waldviertel pasture-raised goose) is only available by pre-ordering and I need to pay for it in order to make the reservation, I kindly ask those of you who would like to enjoy this dish to transfer the cost of €42.00 to me in advance.
Cancellation is possible up to three days before the date, and of course, I will then refund such an amount.
I'm looking forward to see you!
