Holiday Magic 2025: Markets, Lights, and Churros

Three of the best ways to get into the spirit of the holiday season is to visit a Christmas market, stroll through the streets to see the lights, and have some churros and chocolate on a cold, near-winter evening. Do all of this while connecting with good people and you have a night to remember!

We'll start at the Feria de Navidad at the Moll de la Fusta, located at the port, and enjoy the attractions there. Then, we'll head north and make our way through the labyrinth of streets of the Gothic Quarter to take in the lights and atmosphere, including Plaça Sant Jaume and the Xmas market Fira de Santa Llúcia, before moving to our final destination, where we'll warm up with a hot drink, such as hot chocolate, (or a cold beer? :), and perhaps some churros to go with it. We will go with the flow, stopping to listen to some street artists, for example, or perhaps visiting a shop, as our hearts desire.

This is one of those events that is not so much about the activity itself as it is the moments "in between"---the ones that make life worth living. Come enjoy the magic of the season as it spontaneously arises on this little adventure.
