We go to this nice Patisserie Cafeteria running by the young chef Maxime Petit.

‚Maxime Petit is a young French pastry chef and chocolatier who, after studying cooking and pastry making in his native country, worked in different establishments of the prestigious Club Relais Desserts (the top league of French-speaking pastry making, to be understood) until the chef Raül Balam hired him as head pastry chef of his restaurant Moments. He worked there for almost a decade and in Protected content took the leap on his own. In his restaurant, just opposite the church of the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, you will find French classics (Paris Brest, Saint-Honoré Banoffee), family recipes (chestnut fondant) and his own creations (tropical tartalette). The luminous space is on two floors (glassed-in bakery upstairs, tasting room downstairs) and has a terrace. As if that weren't enough, brunch is served on Sundays with prior reservation. Devotees of first-class pastries, this is your paradise on earth.‚
