"Siete Casas Vacías" Book Discussion

Samanta Schweblin is widely considered one of the most important and exciting contemporary Latin American authors, and a master of the short story. Her short story collection “Siete casas vacías” won the prestigious Premio de Narrativa Breve Ribera del Duero in Protected content , and its translation into English by Megan McDowell won the National Book Award for translated literature in Protected content .
Join us for a lively discussion about this strange and mesmerizing book, where three booksellers from Wilborada Protected content talk about Schweblin’s work. The event will start at 6:30 p.m., but I will be at the coffee shop inside the bookstore at 6:00 so feel free to drop by at that time for some coffee and conversation.
Please note that the activity will be held in Spanish.
