Inwangsan Mountain Hike
Inwangsan Mountain (인왕산)
Inwangsan is a beautiful rocky mountain that rises above Gyeongbokgung Palace. It is easily accessible from the center of Seoul.
Once you take the road that skirts the foot of the mountain, you have to climb a long series of difficult steps to reach the top. Wooden paths and stairs are generally well-maintained, but some places are more difficult to climb, especially near the top.
At the top, you can see many of Seoul's iconic landmarks: Namsan Tower (남산타워), Gyeongbok Palace (경복궁), Blue House (청와대), Building 63, etc.
Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of one/two hours max to complete. It's a very popular place for hiking and walking, so you'll likely encounter other people during your excursion.
After we can have lunch to a very nice small restaurant called Mom’s Kitchen I have been several time ;-)
We will meet at Dongnimmun Station (line 3, exit 3).
