Canoeing on the Loing river - beginners welcome !

Canoeing down the calm Loing river from Episy to Moret sur Loing.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, but you need to know how to swim even if safety jackets are provided on the site.

We will meet at 12:46 pm at the station Gare de Lyon, Hall 1, INSIDE the train TER from Paris, leaving at 12:46 pm (1st carriage, the FARTHEST one from the station).

We will get off at SAINT-MAMMÈS (the trip will take us approx 1 hour). From there, we will walk towards Moret sur Loing.

Arriving to Moret, we will go towards this parking lot :

From there, a shuttle bus will bring us to Episy.

The itinerary is 6 km long = approx 2 hours paddling the canoë.

We will then all meet in Moret, at the arrival point, once again. If you wish, you can swim 👙 there, and we will also have a picnic 🧺 on the river side and visit the charming medieval village of Moret sur Loing.

Please, bring dry clothes (including shoes) with you. Even if you don't fall into the water, you will be soaked for sure 😄. You will be provided a waterproof bucket to keep your change of clothes dry while canoing.

You can choose between a canoe for 1 person or one for 2 people.

Add the 3€ insurance : possibility to change the date in case of bad weather.
