Part of the WeAddHeart project: a global initiative to promote heartfelt connections all over the world, with now 60 groups in 22 countries.
Shifting our internal and external environments from stress and anxiety to love and care.
Not only fear does not prevent danger, it also makes us weaker. Not just figuratively, but in a very real, physiological way, by lowering our immunity.
On the other hand, shifting from fear and anxiety to care and appreciation changes the body chemistry in a way that supports health, makes our bodies more resistant, and our minds calmer, clearer, and more efficient. Seems like this is all stuff we could do more of at the moment, right?
Shifting from a fear based to a love based state is, in essence, what we are doing in this 45 minutes heart centered meditation practice. With a dual mission: individually to bring health promoting coherence to the body and mind, and collectively to infuse positive heartfelt intentions in the human field of consciousness.
