The Pretoria Forts consists of four forts built by the government of the South African Republic (ZAR) just before the outbreak of the Second Anglo-Boer War around their capital of Pretoria, 3 of which were German and 1 French.

Let's visit 2 of them and enjoy fresh air, exercise and a glimpse back to recent history just over a century ago.

R 200,- includes the entrance for the group hike.

We ´ll start at Fort Klapperkop and then drive to Fort Schanskop which includes the entrance to Voortrekkermonument and we can have a bite to eat afterwards there.
