Sound Therapy Session
We will meet for the experience of a sound therapy session, on May 19th at 6:30 PM in the Moon Space (Mėnulio erdvė), Vilnius St. Protected content from Benediktinų St.).
This sound session is an invitation to pause, listen, and feel.
Intuitive musical instruments will accompany the inner silence – singing Tibetan bowls, gong, various rattles, shamanic drum, crystal bowls, moon drum, and other sounds that not only calm but also affect the body by spreading perceptible vibrational waves.
Research shows that sound waves can regulate heart rhythm, breathing, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for healing and recovery.
Benefits of sound therapy (supported by scientific research):
• Reduces symptoms of stress, anxiety, and insomnia
• Helps balance the nervous and hormonal systems
• Improves attention and emotional well-being
• Promotes body relaxation, cellular regeneration, and blood circulation
• Opens space for a deeper connection with oneself
- In the hall, there are yoga mats for lying down and blankets for covering yourself. If you like to feel at home, you can also bring your own blanket or a thicker mat.
- Dress comfortably for lying down and relaxing for 1 hour.
- Bring warm socks, especially if you know that your extremities tend to get cold.
- PRICE: no fixed price, but participants are expected to support materially the rent of the hall. There will be a designated box for this purpose.
