Trip to Chambery (+fIreworks +Taiwanese/Slovakian Dances)

Anyone up for having a last minute trip to Chambery? Many events are happening in the capital town of Savoie, and that includes fireworks to honor the Bastille Day and a vast cultural program that features dances from around the world.
Plan then is to head to Chambery on Saturday afternoon and catch the Congo-Mexico-France evening show at parc du Verney, followed by the fireworks at 22: Protected content ).
On Sunday, we can have an afternoon walk along the waterfall trail and on to Charmettes, following the footsteps of philosopher Rousseau. This will also allow us visit the country house, where Rousseau spent most of his time (between Protected content Protected content , with benefactress Madame de Warens, as well as enjoy its botanical garden.

Walk should take about 3 hours and is rated as easy.
In the late afternoon we'll be back to Chambery, in time for the Taiwanese and Slovakian show at parc du Verney.
