Sustainable Cooking Experience

Together with the Association Mon Eco Pote ( Protected content ) I am organizing a cooking class for beginners in Lausanne on Sunday 26 May from 10am to 5pm, focusing on sustainability.

We will run this cookery class (4 courses + Aperitif) and explain the sustainability elements in the approach to teach participants how to make a meal (not just the food but the whole experience) more eco-responsible.
The participants (maximum Protected content help with the preparation and of course enjoy what we have prepared together.

At the end of the session, we'll ask you to evaluate the experience and give us recommendations on how to refine the project.

Please note that the amounts requested for participation 50 CHF will be used exclusively to cover the costs of the activity without profit (room hire).
