METApolis _ 📸 Photography Exhibition _ 🌆 Bageion Hall

The METApolis photography exhibition will be held from Thursday, June 12, Protected content , to Sunday, June 15, Protected content , at the Bageion Hotel in Athens. The exhibition is organized by the METApolis Photography Group and curated by Giannis Giannakopoulos and Kostas Kourtidis.

Sixteen years after its founding, the METAPolis photography group returns to its origins, with an exhibition-reflection with introspection and negotiation of its identity. Cityscape, Urban, Staged and Travel photography intersect in the same space, not only as genres but as ways of searching and experiencing. Through images that capture the fleetingness of everyday life, the theatricality of human presence and the poetry of travel, the members of the group present a personal and collective diary. The exhibition functions as a call to return — to the starting point, to the inner compass, to the deeper need for storytelling through light.
