The Principles
Before we begin, we follow a few simple agreements:

• We speak from personal experience.
• We listen without interrupting.
• We don't give unsolicited advice.
• What is shared in the room stays in the room.

How does the evening work?
👥 We sit in groups of 4 people.

💬 Each round starts with an open-ended question designed to spark meaningful conversations.

⏳ Everyone has 3 minutes to answer without interruption.

🔄 After each round, groups change and a new question is introduced.

This gives everyone the chance to meet different people and hear different perspectives throughout the evening.
