This Sunday’s spinal yoga class will focus on stress relief, mobility, stretching, and even a little strength building. It is perfect for anyone who has not done any sport recently or who has never tried yoga before. It is also great for those who have been doing hard workouts and want to relax a little.

You will not need to bring anything, as all equipment is provided in the studio. Of course, if you prefer to use your own yoga mat, feel free to bring it along. Otherwise, just put on comfortable clothes (there is also space to change), and enjoy the class.
