💨 Need more energy? Better sleep? Less stress?

What if one of the most powerful tools for improving your physical and mental well-being has been with you since birth? Your breath.

Every day we take more than 20,000 breaths, yet very few people know how to use breathing consciously to improve energy, focus, emotional balance and recovery.

You are warmly invited to our Breathing Club, where modern science meets practical experience. We have studied the most important books and research on breathing, so you don't have to. Instead of overwhelming theory, you'll receive practical knowledge that you can start using immediately.

During each session you will:
• learn how breathing influences your nervous system, stress level and energy,
• discover simple, evidence-based breathing techniques,
• experience guided breathing exercises,
• meet an open-minded international community in a relaxed outdoor setting.

The club is open to everyone between 0 and 99 years old. No previous experience is required.

📅 Every Thursday, 18:00–19:30

📍 Location: Feneketlen Lake, Budapest, on the grassy area next to the Hemingway Restaurant. Look for the WHM flag—that's where you'll find us.

🧺 Please bring a blanket or yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.

💰 Participation fee: 3,500 HUF per session.
