Road trip with a spiritual and adventure element! - Ever heard of the Sikh temple at Makindu less than 3 hours drive from Nairobi? We leave in the morning on Sat 21st aiming to get to Makindu at midday. The temple offers free vegetarian meals throughout the day for visitors and free accommodation depending on availability (donations welcome). We will take lunch here, and then visit the beautiful Chyulu Hills National park about an hour away, and some of the largest cave systems. We return for dinner at at Makindu temple. And retire for the night there. In the event (small chance) that there is no accommodation left - we can find something nearby (this might be the extra adventure bit).

We will leave Makindu after breakfast the next morning and aim to be in Nairobi on Sunday back for lunch
