Hi everyone,
I’m excited to invite you to a peaceful and revitalizing yoga session at Paradise lost, a serene space surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxation, reflection, and gentle movement.

This session is open to all levels, whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practicing for a while. The class will focus on mindful movement, breathwork, and deep stretches to release tension and leave you feeling grounded, energized, and at peace.

We’ll begin with gentle warm-ups, move through a balanced sequence suitable for everyone, and end with a calming relaxation session under the open sky.

It’s more than just a yoga class, it’s an opportunity to take a break from the week, connect with yourself, and share good energy with a lovely community of people.
After the session, you’re welcome to stay a little longer to enjoy the gardens, chat, or simply soak in the peaceful atmosphere.

Please carry your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
