Our Bootcamp is designed for maximum calorie burn in the shortest amount of time through full body work-out to get the best results and get fit. It’s for anyone at any level and all ages.
The work-out is 45 minutes in length by utilizing fun music, body weight and high repetitions training protocol to improve strength, cardio, muscular endurance, flexibility, core, bone density and body awareness. Target all of your muscles in work-out. Get stronger and more toned.
What you need is to bring yourself, a resistance band and a Yoga mat.
