Practica y conoce los beneficios de meditar, al mismo tiempo que aprendes un vocabulario nuevo en español.

Esta práctica tendrá un mix de trabajo de respiraciones para sentir la energía de la primavera en tu cuerpo y una meditación al estilo del maestro mundial del mindfulness Thich Nhat Hanh.

- o bien ya has meditado alguna vez

Let's meditate together
Practice and get to know the benefits of meditating, while learning a new vocabulary in Spanish.

This practice will have a mix of breathwork to feel the energy of spring in your body.and a meditation in the style of the world master of mindfulness Thich Nhat Hanh.

Everyone is welcome but it is true that you will enjoy it more:
