Advanced Body Workout- DOG TEETH HIKE

Whose ready to shed those calories gain from Chinese New Year Celebrations :D
It is an adventure day out; fun with nice scenery and you get to climb (angled but not vertical).
It's going to be a nice workout, Dog’s Teeth is not for the faint-hearted and has been dubbed as "the hardest hike in Hong Kong" (I have been other tougher ones in HK but this is one of the tougher ones and especially if you do this in the summer). Those not at their peak health are not advised to come along.
Attire:
Hiking clothes. It is an exposed trail also, bring a windbreaker (looks like it will not rain but we stay updated).
In case the sun is strong, it may be advantageous to bring along a hat, sunscreen and probably a change of clothes for after.
Have proper good grip hiking shoes with good working treads.
Gloves will come in handy for sure.
Supplies: For a 4+ hour hike (or more) I suggest to bring light nutrient dense food to keep you going is a good idea! And you will need Protected content of water too.
You need bus / coach money. Please top up your Octopus!
ITINERARY:
