Yoga for Everyone
Gentle Yoga Practice
I would like to invite you to a gentle yoga practice. No prior experience is required! We’ll start with some breathwork, followed by stretching postures to relax the body, and we’ll finish with a short meditation.
You will learn the basics, how to perform the postures correctly, and most importantly, simple moves you can use daily to relax whenever you feel stressed or tense.
Please confirm your attendance by sending me a message one day before the activity. Only those who confirm will be counted.

Loose, comfortable clothing
