Celebrate Juan Gabriel - Dine, then Musical Acts from Argentina
ACT Protected content Juan Gabriel - 3:00pm - FREE FREE
To celebrate the life and prolific work of El Divo de Juárez, Mercado369 will host the First Annual Juan Gabriel Festival on Saturday, August 25th. This event is free and open to the community and the festivities will be held at Mercado369 beginning at 1pm and will continue up until midnight.
We’re expanding this event from its original concept to host a series of entertaining performances, which will include musical entertainment, folkloric dance, a special guest appearance by a professional Juan Gabriel impersonator, an open mic talent show, and an art contest! Throughout the day, lucky guests will receive prize giveaways. See our schedule below for the full breakdown of planned activities.
Select a winner to the Juan Gabriel inspired art contest and award them a $300 cash prize! Casting your vote is easy: With every food item purchased from our food vendors, you’ll receive a voting ticket. Each painting will have a ballot box where you can place your acquired tickets to select your favorite. The painting with the most tickets in their box wins.
If you'd like to be part of our art contest we encourage you to take part in our Open Studio on Saturday, August 18th. For more details on this free event click here.

He began by exploring digital cumbia, but as he journeyed through Latin America, he experimented with acoustic sounds. His catchy sound transformed him into a notable reference for a new generation of artists.
