Friday Lates Drop-in Drawing Dark and Light Matters Plus Social
Taking inspiration from the current exhibitions ‘Wright of Derby: From the Shadows’ and ‘Edwin Austin Abbey: By the Dawn’s Early Light’, capture the sublime, the mysterious, and the unknown through the use of light and dark in our collection, to create your own work.
Developed by artists Sadegh Aleahmad and Jo Conybeare, this drop-in creative session encourages you to explore light, shading, shadow and tone, found among the Italian Baroque paintings of Room 32.
