Flow and Restore
Start your week with a well rounded yoga sequence to restore shoulders and back area, to strengthen and stretch muscles, to open through the chest and hips, to improve your posture and concentration. Guided Pranayama (breathing techniques) soothes and tones nerves, enhances lung capacity. Short meditation towards the end of the class followed by final deep relaxation with elements of yoga Nidra.
Afterwards we can chat on zoom. The link to join will be messaged to attendees on the day of the event.
