Gentle Yoga Flow
Chill out and de-stress in this slower-paced yoga practice that combines grounding introduction, nurturing music, playful sequences and a closing relaxation.
You will need for the class, the following: Yourselves (dressed in comfy clothes), a yoga mat and maybe a block (or use a couple of hardback books).
These virtual classes will be delivered via Zoom.
