Beat the Weekday Blues
Protected content is functional training, a mix of circuit and HIT style workouts geared towards the everyday movement. To start this, I will recommend you can sign up for a 7 Day Trial Pass that will give you a feel how this workout sessions. For this, I had signed up for this day's Name of Session: MKATZ 9am (45mins). Will suggest you really have to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Please join me if you can take some time out from lunch break for a little workout! Let's meet at the entrance at 8.45am before this session starts. Try not to be late, as late charges will be incurred. (We could also head off some refreshments after the workout)
