Own version of fish and chips, evolving the recipe by blending Asian origins with British culture.

Served in a paper cone imitating a newspaper (which is how the authentic fish and chips of England was born).

Fresh fish is used, coated in a smoked tempura batter, and potatoes seasoned with spices from India/Pakistan; the fries that accompany these pieces of fish come from Galicia.
