Check with your doctor before attending an advanced level yoga. Is a fast paced class with out breaks and advanced yoga positions for extended periods of time.
Is an indoor class. Street parking. $50 dollars at the door. Show up early to sign all the waivers.
Bring your yoga mat, water and yoga clothes.
